We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, from the room to the lobby. It was evident that the staff made an effort to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking facilities, as we had our own vehicle. Although the hotel is located in a slightly remote area, we found it to be a peaceful and quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Hard to think of anything negative about our stay here.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with top-notch amenities that catered to our every need. the private facilities were exceptional, including the pool and spa, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down. the location advantage was also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions.
While the overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a minor issue with the room's shower leaking water onto the floor. this was a small inconvenience and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel is located in a slightly remote area, but it is well connected by taxis which are always available outside. the lobby is spacious and the common areas are well lit. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the hotel offers a variety of services, such as room service and a spa on the fourth floor. the breakfast buffet is rich and offers a wide range of international and Chinese dishes.
The hotel lacks ironing facilities in the rooms.

Nice Hotel the hotel was clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was easily accessible by taxi, making it a convenient location for getting around. the hotel had a spa and offered room service, making it easy to relax and enjoy their stay.
Needs improvement the breakfast was good, but it could have been better. the elevators were poorly lit and creepy.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Lovely garden view from our room. Great location near the museum. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the price. Excellent overall experience.

Great location near the port for business purposes. The hotel is still new and well-maintained.-Appreciated the fruit plate and water provided in the room.
Smoke smell throughout the hotel, including the lobby, elevators, and rooms. Untrained reception staff with issues regarding access to the room.
